Crews are up against Mother Nature to finish repairs on the Highway 16 fly-over near SaskTel Centre.
The overpass which handles 7,800 vehicles a day has been closed since the end of June. The project which involved repaving the deck and concrete work was expected to be finished by late September to early October.
